Perfect stay in Napoli

Breakfast was fantastic and location is excellent too. As a bonus there is local market just asid of the hotel you should not miss if you are interested with local shops etc. Room was very comfortable and quite. Staff are extremely helpful to make your stay unforgettable . Ceiling of breakfast room is amazing yuou feel yourself in the museum :-)

Met by friendly and helpful staff who are rightfully proud of their unique hotel and its fascinating story. Room was very large and well-appointed. We loved the Relaxation Room.

Room were big, nicely decorated with really nice bathroom. The staff was friendly, engaged, clearly focused on making our stay pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional. On par with what a Four Season hôtel would lay out for a Sunday brunch

It is a very nice and cosy property right in the middle of a very lively district of Naples

The rooms overlooking the street are very noisy. It is true that there are double windows so it is perfectly silence once closed but I am used to sleep with open window

Glad we found it.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, including Gluten Free. The room was large and modern. Beautifully renovated.

The alley was noisy outside of our window very early in the morning. We never got to see the beautiful ceiling frescoes we saw in the photos. Those are only in a few rooms .

Excellent place to stay for a Napoli visit

Location is ideal to explore Napoli by foot. So many tourist attractions very close, many many restaurants as well. Breakfast in the hotel is super delicious and plentiful and the room where it is served is beautiful and one of a kind. Room service was very good. Beds are comfortable.

Unique place perfectly located!

The hotel is perfectly located. One can reach all sightseeing points easily by walk within a few minutes (museum 10 min, catacombs 15 min, Umberto I Gallery 10 min, opera house 10 min, port 15 min etc.). The busy street in front is a shopping and food paradise. In the main road and the little streets behind the hotel are countless restaurants, bars and cafes offering excellent food and local atmosphere. Additionally, the airport is reachable in 30-40 min even during rush-hour and in 20 on Sundays. If you stay there, take a room with the painted ceilings! They are breathtaking! A very unique experience to sleep under an artwork! The staff is very, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is rich offering from fresh fruit, plenty of different home made cakes, Italian cheese and cold cuts anything one can imagine. Very, very good coffee!

Only thing is the location is a little hard for taxi drivers to find. Great location for walking around.

A great historic building offering personal lodging located in the heart of the Spanish Quarter.

The rooms were very nice, the breakfast area was well stocked with breakfast items as well as traditional Napoli breakfast items. The Relais Della Porta offers a 24-hour coffee bar which we thoroughly enjoyed at the end of our days as well as in the mornings. The ceiling in the breakfast area was incredible, early style architecture with beautiful frescos for you to enjoy by just looking at your tabletop which is a mirror while you enjoy your breakfast. Definitely a WOW! factor and a unique feature of this hotel. The library was another great feature of this hotel, great to relax and enjoy a variety of books and music. But most of all a 10 Star rating for the staff, there attention to our stay was over the top, from the time we checked in with a welcome surprise that featured a bottle of sparkling wine and delicious local meats and breads to taking care of transportation to suggesting and setting up local ristorantes offering amazing foods. The staff was always there to make our stay even better at any request.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the Relais Della Porta, could not find one thing wrong with this establishment.

Exceptional

All was really nice starting from check in with welcoming drinks, nice friendly caring staff, easy comms via what’s up etc. definitely will recommend if you prefer smaller but more authentic hotels with local charm

Overall all ok, ventilation in the bathroom can be better. The window was to the noisy street but if windows fully closed was ok for us to sleep. Guess some rooms might be to quite internal side so worth checking with them if thats important
